HTZ Warfare training & wind turbine impact studies
A project involving Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Energy and the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF).

- Completed training for RSAF officials in the use of HTZ Warfare.

2022
Radar relocation & sustainment
- Challenge
- Support radar relocation and continued in-Kingdom operations.
- Dalma’s role
- Dalma relocated the NEOM FPS-117 radar and relocated and commissioned the TPS-78 radar.
- Scope
- Radar relocation and commissioning. Contract-specific boundaries and acceptance records can be requested.

- Radar relocation and commissioning.
2018–2021
F-15 maintenance-training support
- Challenge
- Support the maintenance-training requirements of the RSAF F-15 Fleet Modernization Program.
- Dalma’s role
- Dalma supported maintenance training under a multi-year contract with PKL Services.
- Scope
- In-Kingdom maintenance-training program support. Staffing, course scope and completion evidence are subject to the relevant contract.
- Program milestone
- Dalma secured a two-year program extension during 2019–2021.
2024/25
Radar, communications & IT support
- Challenge
- Provide technical support for radar, communications and IT requirements.
- Dalma’s role
- Dalma secured contracts with Lockheed Martin for TPS-77 support, Northrop Grumman for TPS-78 support, and USMTM for communications and IT services.
- Scope
- Program-specific support under the named customer and contractor arrangements.
- Program milestone
- Contract awards in 2024/25. Request contract-specific delivery metrics and acceptance evidence through the reference process.

Company Foundation
Dalma Technical Company was incorporated in Saudi Arabia to deliver engineering and technical services for defense customers and international partners.
Contract Engineering & Secure Networks
Secured a 10-year Abacus RSAF Contractor Engineering Technical Services award, supported NIPR/SIPR networks on ESKAN, and delivered RSLF SPIRS II support.
FPS-117 Radar Support
Began Lockheed Martin RSAF FPS-117 support, establishing long-term experience in radar field service, technical support, and sustainment.
Aircrew Training & Communications
Expanded into Blue Force/S&K RSAF aircrew training and Rockwell Collins RSAF ToD repair-and-return support.
Tactical Training Centers
Awarded support for Cubic’s RSLF Tactical Training Centers, strengthening in-Kingdom delivery across training and technical infrastructure.
TPS-78 Radar & Secure-Network Continuity
Supported Northrop Grumman’s ongoing RSAF TPS-78 radar program and earned renewed NIPR/SIPR support.
F-15 Training Modernization
Awarded PKL’s multi-year RSAF maintenance-training contract for the F-15 Fleet Modernization Program while continuing FPS-117 support.
Cyber & Naval Aviation Support
Awarded the ASRC RSAF/U.S. interoperable cyber program and NSI’s RSNF M60 helicopter support program.

Awarded, commissioned, and operated the Al Salam F-15 demilitarization facility and secured a two-year extension to the F-15 maintenance-training program. Dalma also obtained ITAR certification during this period.
Radar Relocation & Sustainment
Delivered NEOM FPS-117 radar relocation, TPS-78 relocation and commissioning, and a two-year extension to the RSNF M60 support program.
GAMI Registration & U.S. Logistics
Registered with GAMI and opened a U.S. logistics facility in Warner Robins, Georgia.

HTZ Warfare Training & Radar Case Studies
Dalma completed a project involving the Ministry of Energy and the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF), in partnership with ATDI.
