Dalma Technical Company receives website enquiries at info@dalmatech2.com. The enquiry team coordinates with the relevant company function to respond. For privacy questions or requests, use the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject.

What you provide and why

The form asks for your name, organisation, work email, enquiry category and a short message. Dalma uses these details to understand your request, route it internally and contact you about it. The form does not request attachments or identity documents. Do not include sensitive or controlled information.

How the form works

Your submission passes through this website’s hosting and email systems and is sent to the Dalma enquiry inbox. This form does not create a separate database of enquiry messages. It uses a short-lived, non-reversible network-address token and a submission count to limit automated abuse; these expire after 20 minutes. Hosting and email services may also keep operational or security logs under their own settings.

Retention and service-provider information

Enquiry emails remain subject to Dalma’s email retention practices. A fixed enquiry retention period and the hosting/email processing locations have not yet been published here. Contact info@dalmatech2.com for these details before submitting personal information if they affect your decision.

Your choices and requests

You can choose a direct phone call instead of the form. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact the enquiry address. Dalma may need to verify the request and consider applicable legal or contractual retention obligations before acting.

External links and optional maps

Office maps are not embedded on these pages. Google Maps loads only if you select a directions link, after which Google’s terms and privacy practices apply. The revised pages do not add analytics, advertising trackers or a marketing subscription to the enquiry form.
